Businesswoman, entrepreneur, founder and executive VP of the Irani group (FACTORY 54), the leading luxury fashion group in Israel, Irani has led the way in partnering and supporting young artists in Israel. A graduate of Tel Aviv University, Irani joined the group in 2010. She enhanced the group’s sustainable and ethical responsibilities and champions the role that fashion plays in society.

Amir Rosen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the Bar Ilan University Executive MBA program.

Amir has a broad background and technological knowledge in a wide range of topics, with years of experience in managing large technology units in various types of companies, including startups, vendors, enterprise companies, and more.

Amir was discharged from the army ranked as a Major, he served in the Intelligence Corps and dealt with weapons and technologies, and was in close contact with the defense industries and in particular in cooperation with foreign countries. Throughout his service, Amir has twice won the Intelligence Division Outstanding Award and was a member of the team of excellencies established by a Chief Intelligence Officer to deal with multidisciplinary issues. After his service, he began working in development and development management positions in a company that develops systems for operating rooms and intensive care in Israel and around the world, and at the same time achieved various positions in various leading companies. Among his positions are:

• Partner of the Applicable Infrastructure Manager of Partner.

• Director of Business Innovation and Cloud Solutions at Yael Software – during which he was among the founders of the company’s cloud operations, including close collaboration with Google and signing strategic partnerships with companies such as salesforce.

• VP of Products at AllCloud, a leading cloud services company locally and internationally and a leading AWS, Google, and salesforce partner. Amir was part of the founding team of AllCloud.

• Manager of technological infrastructure at the Menora Mivtachim Group.

• VP of Technology and Information Systems at the Irani Group.

• CEO of the Irani Group CVC investment fund, which focuses on investments in startups and companies in the retail and fashion field.

Simultaneously, he was a lecturer in various courses in Technology and Computer Science.

Amir has won several excellence awards for projects he has led for various companies and has experience in entrepreneurship both privately and as a mentor in various programs that accompany startups.

Senior Vice President of Investment and Strategy at IRANI CORP. CVC

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Digital Marketing from Reichman University.

During her studies, she took part in the excellency program – the ZELL program for entrepreneurship.

Holds a Master’s degree in Fashion and Technology Management from Marangoni University in London.

She began her professional career as an advertising manager at the Shlamor Avnon Amichai advertising and digital company. As part of the position, she led significant digital moves for customers such as Mercedes, Strauss, and Direct Insurance.

Upon graduation from the master’s program, she worked in London for Fashion Scout, a company that advises fashion designers about building a business strategy and penetrating the market.

Upon returning to Israel in 2014, she joined the Women’s Buyers Department of Factory 54. As part of her work at the company, she managed the trade and budgets in front of the world’s leading super brands and fashion houses. Subsequently, she was promoted to manage the Factory 54 e-commerce website. As part of her role, she was responsible for setting up all aspects of the site (recruitment, infrastructure, trade, marketing, supply chain, and more).

In her third position at the company, she managed the business development of Factory 54. In this role, she led business collaborations, built a digital strategy, and managed cross-organizational projects.

Recently, she was appointed Senior Vice President of Investment and Strategy (Senior VP) in the Group’s investment fund – IRANI CORP. CVC. As part of the position, she will lead strategic investments in startups in retail, fashion, and sustainability companies.
